Late summer of 2009, Eve Davidoff had a briliant idea - creating a web portal for locals and tourists of Edinburgh . Virtual city that responds to all our desire gives people vital information and gives local buisnesses the power to exist on Internet for free. After 3 years portal was born on 15 september 2011.
Viper will soon take a long trip around Great Britain and later arround the world to create Global Network of Cities giving power to small business, and changing laws of comercialized internet!
